How to make air-fryer lemon caper wings
Learn to make these super easy and delicious air fryer chicken wings with a lemon/butter/ and caper sauce. They are Paleo and Whole30.

  1. preheat air fryer to 390 degrees. Drizzle olive oil on the chicken and add spices. Mix well and add to the air fryer, air fry for 18-20 minutes. Make sure to flip midway. Cook longer if needed, may need to cook longer depending on the air fryer.
sauce
  1. While the chicken is cooking make the sauce by heating olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. When hot add onions and saute for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add garlic and cook an additional 1 minute. Next, add chicken stock and cook for 4-5 minutes till it reduces. Add additional salt per preference.
  2. Next mix in the ghee, lemon juice, and capers, cook for a minute and toss in the parsley and lemons. Toss the chicken with sauce. sprinkle with whole30 parmesan and add additional parsley.
