  1. Heat oil on medium high in a large skillet, then add turkey. Cook for abot 10 min, or untill no pink remains.
  2. Add all seasonings, and cook another 5 minutes. Cook longer if needed.
  3. In the mean time clean the lettuce, dice cucumbers, and walnuts.
  4. Once cooked remove from heat. To serve scoop turkey into lettuce leaves, top with cucumbers and waltnuts. Repeat with as many leaves as you want. Enjoy. This african
