  1. Gather all your ingredients to make it easier.
  2. In a mixing bowl with a dough hook attachment, add flour, salt, sugar, garlic powder, yeast.
  3. Next add water and oil together. Add to flour and knead on low for 3 min.
  4. The dough should be wrapped around the dough hook, gently slide off .
  5. Place in greased large mixing bowl with lid, close and place in refrigerator. Tip: if you don’d have a mixer, you can knead by hand on a lightly floured surface, additional you can use a food processor decrease knead time.
  6. After 24 hrs you are ready to make pizza, dough can be used in small bunches for up to 5 days. Pizza dough is at its best after 72 hrs, to yield crispier pizza, use at 84-96 hrs.
  7. Preheat Oven to 500 degrees. To make pizza place about 1/5 of dough in a greased 10.255 inch cast iron pan, leave for 3-5 min until dough warms a bit, place in center and using fingers spread dough into a circle that will fill the pan. Next press edges against pan, top with sauce, add cheese and topping of choice.
  8. Place pan in oven and bake for 12-15 min, or until crust is golden brown and cheese starts to slightly brown in parts. Bon Appetite
