Melt 1 tbsp of butter and grease a pie dish. To remove, dust dough with flour, dust hand and a plate with flour. Place dough on plate and dust with more flour. Divide dough into 13 balls. Fold each ball inward until top is rounded and smooth, place dough seem side down in middle of dish and repeat with remainder. Place then all together, they all need to be touching. Cover with plastic and place in a warm place for 2 hrs or longer until doubled in size. Tip: if you have an oven that can bread proof button you can cut your time in half.
