  1. Preheat Grill to medium heat till it hits 350 degrees. Wash and place wing in a large bowl. Season with garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, sea salt, and olive oil.
  2. When Grill is hot enough place wings on oiled grilled, and cook for about 20 minutes, making sure to turn every few minutes.
  3. To make whole 30 sauce. Place dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Blend dates with water, and garlic until smooth, then add buffalo sauce.
  4. Heat a small skillet on low heat, and add ghee. Melt, and toss in the blended sauce, heat untill hot.
  5. Remove chicken wings from grill and toss with sauce. Make sure to have napkins in hand, its SAUCY and SPICY. Enjoy with some whole 30 approved ranch. Don’t forget to rate and comment. Thanks, This African
  6. Optional: If you don’t have a grill and are using the oven. Preheat to 450, oil a cookie sheet, bake for 20 min, flip and bake the other side for 15 min. It is always best to place on a wire rack to make them crispier. Make sure not to burn. Remove from oven and toss with sauce.
