ground turkey
you can use any ground meat or poultry

24 oz
can of crushed or plum tomatoes
if it’s plum tomatoes place in bender, and bled. make sure its whole 30 approved

can diced fire roasted tomatoes
trader joes

diced celery

sweet potato
peeled and diced

trader joes sliced bell peppers

extra virgin olive oil

smoked paprika

ground cumin

sea salt

fennel seeds

crushed red peppers

full fat coconut milk
unsweetened

coconut cream

Instructions
Plug in the instant pot and add oil, turn on saute.
After 3 min, it should be hot. Add onions, celery, and sweet potatoes, stir and saute for 3 minutes.
Next add Add ground turkey (or meat of choice), sprinkle with 2 tsp of salt, stir and close lid. Cook for 8 minutes, let out steam.
Open cover and add the rest of the ingredients except for the coconut milk and cream. Stir and cover, hit the stew or chili button, for 30-35 min.
When ready, let steam out, stir in milk and cream.
Enjoy with some chopped cilantro. Refrigerate leftovers 3-4 days. Enjoy and comment. This African
