I don’t even remember how long I have had this recipe typed up, but still hadn’t posted. One thing I don’t like about blogging is writing stories, I can come up with recipes and post them but can’t seem to figure out what little bit to write in this part of my post. I mean who really came up the the food blogging template, why is there a need to write so much about oneself, do people really read the stories, or like me just scroll to the recipe itself, after all this day and age, everyone is in a hurry to do any and everything, minutes and hour pass so quick that sometimes it feels like 24 hrs in a day is not long enough. I mean there are plenty of interesting things that happen to me, mostly at work, but I cannot really share any of that here, because I like having a job lol. My personal life consists of me taking care of my 3-year-old, cooking and baking my way through adulthood, mommyhood and wifehood, and everything in between. I would like to hear from you all to see if you actually read any of my stories. Are there more things you would like for me to talk about? Should I start talking about the hardships of raising a 3-year-old who is literally going on 30, she is strongwilled and smart as a whip. My adventures in home decorating or building? Please let me hear your thoughts. Share any comments on how I can improve my site. Thank you.
This below is my go-to wing recipe for whole 30, I created this because I wanted to be able to have chicken wings on whole 30, especially ones that taste like honey buffalo wings. These wings are pretty simple to make, the sauce is sweetened with blended dates, spicy buffalo sauce, ghee, and garlic. This is very spicy so I recommend using Tessamae’s mild buffalo sauce if you are not into spicy foods. Try this recipe, and don’t forget to comment.
Thank you,

- Optional: If you don't have a grill and are using the oven. Preheat to 450, oil a cookie sheet, bake for 20 min, flip and bake the other side for 15 min. It is always best to place on a wire rack to make them crispier. Make sure not to burn. Remove from oven and toss with sauce.
I will try these wings. Maybe I post a picture. Just want to let you know I feel your pain 🙂 Also juggling, motherhood (twins), job and wifehood. (Is that a word). I can only do this because work out in the gym.
