  1. Add beef to a medium pan filled with water, and add 2 tsp of salt. Cover and bring to a boil on medium heat. Cook for 1.5 hrs, or until tender.
  2. Drain the beef, place on in air-fryer for 10 minutes. You could put it in the oven on 370 for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Next heat 1/2 cup of oil in a deep pan, add onions and cook 2-3 minutes. Add peppers and cook an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, cook 1 minute. Next add all the tomatoes, beef, aminos, rest of seasonings, and ginger. Cook 45 minutes, on medium to low heat. Add more salt if needed.
  5. Add green beans, cook another 15 minutes.
  6. Add in cauliflower, and mix well. Cook an additional 10 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy a healthier version of this West African Dish. Dont forget to rate and comment, Thank you, This African
